Material Specifications:
1. The bed frame can support a weight of ≥ 240kg, and the backrest can support a dynamic weight of ≥ 170kg.
2. The bed frame is made by welding rectangular carbon steel tubes with a size of ≥ 30×60×1.2mm. The entire bed is welded by a robot.
3. The metal surface adopts a double-coating technology, which is resistant to mold, fading, and the coating does not peel off. It is not prone to rust.
4. The bed panel is made of a cold-rolled steel plate with a thickness of no less than 1.2mm. It is formed by overall molding, and the four corners are smooth and complete. The backrest of the bed adopts a double-support structure, which is solid and durable.
5. The rocker system: two-way protective screws and anti-slip screws, wear-resistant, noise-free.
6. The rocker handle is made by injection molding of ABS engineering plastic, with two-level opening, hand-free function, and foldable.
7. The head and tail boards of the bed are made by blow molding with new PE raw materials. The headboard and tailboard both adopt hook-type attachments, fixed to the bed frame, and have built-in rolling anti-collision wheels.
8. The full-enclosed guardrail adopts a four-piece segmented structure. The upper guardrail synchronously rises with the bed board and is made of PE plastic material with damping buffering function.
9. The casters are 125mm double-sided central control casters, with fully enclosed self-lubricating bearings, waterproof, and preventing foreign objects from getting in.
10. Four drip tray sockets, and an additional 4 drainage bag hooks, for multi-position infusion drainage.
